A pair of indigo Pain Denim jeans from Number (N)ine's Spring/Summer 2007 “About A Boy” collection, designed by Takahiro Miyashita. Featuring a heavily faded vintage indigo wash with pronounced whiskering, intricate honeycomb creasing, and distressed abrasions throughout the front and rear pockets. Signature details include diagonal thigh seams, horizontal rear knee seams, a tan leather heart-shaped waistband patch, red PAIN pocket tab, and musical notation printed along the interior waistband. Finished with distinctive split hems exposing the lighter underside of the denim, the jeans combine Miyashita's unconventional construction with a slim straight-leg silhouette.
