Vintage Kansai Yamamoto Stainless Steel Bracelet Watch Silver Gold
A seamless interplay of polished silver and gold-tone stainless steel defines the face and bracelet of this Kansai Yamamoto bracelet watch, an exercise in quiet contrast and functional minimalism. The rounded case and integrated band are emblematic of late 20th-century Japanese design, eschewing overt logos in favour of clean, architectural lines and a refined metallic finish. While no visible branding appears on the dial or case, the watch’s crisp silhouette and geometric proportions echo the innovative spirit of Kansai Yamamoto’s creative era, a designer who revolutionised fashion and stage costume from Tokyo to London in the 1970s and 80s. Known for his avant-garde tailoring and theatrical vision, Yamamoto’s work bridged Eastern tradition and Western experimentation, influencing a generation of designers and artists. Silver-tone stainless steel hardware is complemented by gold-tone center links that bring a subtle warmth to the bracelet, while the clasp and case perimeter are finished with a high-gloss polish. Please note, this watch is not currently running and is sold as-is, recommended for display or repair purposes only; there are no visible signs of wear to the case or bracelet, and the piece is free from accessories or original packaging. Condition: Very Good — not running, sold as-is for display or repair purposes only; no visible wear to case or bracelet, no accessories present. Material: Stainless steel with gold-tone band accents, stainless steel hardware Colour: Polished silver-tone stainless steel with gold-tone center links and hardware, no visible logo, metallic finish throughout
